The staff were welcoming at front desk. The rooms spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was average but the service was great! My only complaint is the perfume/air freshener in hallway and common area, instant headache from the cloying scent😔

First of all I was under impression that the parking was included in the room tariff I booked, but to my surprise, I was charged $22 for a single night parking at the premises. The in room dining experience was not good. I paid for $72 for the in room dining and the food was terrible. It was the frozen meals which was reheated and served to us not freshly cooked.The staff did not guide us how much we should be ordering and how much in the portion they serve. I am really disappointed with my stay with Marriot.

The on-site self parking logistics are a little confusing and the staff was busy and didn't make things entirely clear. So that left us figure things out for ourselves. Not a big deal, but I would say just give yourself a little extra time for parking on your schedule for the check-in day. Other than that everything was good

The hotel is within walking distance to City Market and restaurants. There is a lot of construction around the area, but that seems to be true of all Staint John.

Check in was great! Very helpful and polite staff. The room we were given was on the first floor and looked out into an area that looked like it needs some upgrades. The AC in our room also stopped working at some point during the evening. It would no longer turn on and we slept in a room that was 24 degrees all night. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
