"Me and my family of 12 stayed there for a weekend, as we had a family wedding in Grenoble. The staff was kind and attentive, we had a family dinner in the restaurant and they kept it open until past midnight for us to finish dinner. Also, they allowed us to enter the pool before the opening hour and sell us coffees the day we departure, even if it was past the breakfast time. "when I checked into my room, the toilet flush was broken. Not only did the receptionist try to fix the problem immediately, she then moved me to another room & promptly cleaned the bathroom! This is excellent service. "

"Stayed at this property many times. Typically very good experience. 2 issues this trip; elevator could only go down and breakdast selection and amount, not like before. Stayed 5 days, never seemed to be effort to fix 1st floor elevator button issue. Breakdast used to be spread out more with more quanties of everything. Always just enough put out. 5 days, only just a few sausage links, always at bottom of milk pitcher, just very little put out."

"Well, where do I begin? The photo of the Hotel on Expedia was spectacular. Imagining like the Hampton Court Palace in England. The field, garden, and tranquility. Good location, but tired and needs an update.

"We only stayed one night, and I was okay with the Adelphia - because I booked it - but my wife didn’t like it. It’s a little tired and in need of maintenance. To use the spa you have to ask at reception for bathrobes, then traipse thru the bar to get to the spa pools, swimming pool, and sauna/hammam. We didn’t see anybody use the changing rooms; they all seemed to change in their own rooms and walk through the hotel and bar in their bathrobes. Fortunately, there were no customers in the bar at 9:30pm on a Friday night! There is also no supply of towels for use in the pool and spa facilities - you just use the bathrobe. I used the spa pool and saunas - they’re a bit old but still function well; the changing rooms are a little tired, so I can see why nobody else used them - I showered in there after my saunas. My wife didn’t like the level of cleanliness, and also felt that the bedlinen was a cotton mix rather than a decent cotton. Good location, but tired. Parking was secure and at no extra charge, so that was a plus point. We didn’t eat or drink in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. "
