"Great hotel. Located near multiple metro and RER lines. Building was nicely renovated and furnished. Rooms were compact but very efficient and well designed. Plenty of storage and very comfortable beds. Kids loved the bunks. Shower room was spacious and seperate toilet room was a bonus. Staff were excellent, and breakfast was good value. A selection of pastries, bread, and cold cuts, plus cereals and even a few hot dishes. Would definitely stay again. Very family friendly."

"Super nice place, games for the kids, starbucks, bar and other dinning options. Super easy to get to the terminal. Plan to stay here anytime I have an early morning flight."

"Can not say enough great things about this hotel. After arriving in Paris as a solo female traveller, my first hotel was very unsafe and extremely dirty. I then booked CitizenM and headed there. The staff was super helpful and kind, my room was adorable and very clean. The hotel is only a few minute walk away from the Metro and RER, and felt very safe walking in that area alone at night. There are some cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy and a mall also within walking distance. My checkout was at 11am but my flight wasn't until 9pm, the hotel held my bags for me for the day. "

"Such a really cool hotel , but if your staying here for the balcony view , you have to get a room that is on the Eiffel Tower side , if you get a “garden “ view , it’s nothing more than some bushes and a little grass . There was no way of seeing the Eiffel Tower from the hotel other than the rooms that faced it. The “rooftop “ is closed for construction and you can’t go there . "

"Fabulous hotel—very safe and clean! The hotel staff is lovely, and the interior is modern and stylish. While the exterior might not give you high expectations, the inside more than makes up for it. Highly recommend!"
