We arrived at 9am way too early for check in but my husband was quite poorly after our travels and they found a room straight away!
The gentleman on reception was polite and very helpful and did all he could to help us.
The hotel is next to a fabulous restaurant that cannot be missed

Staff were so nice and helpful. Bus transportation to the hotel was very easy. Clean as a pin, Caen was fantastic, Ace hotel was a great stay. Magpies outside were cute, Super U market down the street was convenient. Didn't watch much but tv worked too. A mille merci 😀 🇫🇷

Easy to find and plenty of parking.
Staff friendly and helpful
Room clean and fine for the budget.
Breakfast great
