"There were dozens of bugs in my bedroom. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. "Our room had two comfortable beds. Since there was a kitchenette, there was a strong odor of curry (or similar) from a previous resident. It lingered for to two nights of our stay. Driving into and out of complex was complicated and delayed us significantly (both ways)"
