Perfect spot

This was a beautiful hotel with the kindest and most helpful staff. Very accommodating when we had to come in late. Wish we could have stayed so much longer.

Our room was 10.5 x 10.5! It was so tiny we had no space to get in or out of the bed. There were no amenities. No facial tissue, no air conditioning, no ice. to use the toilet you had to position your body sideways as there was no room for your legs to sit properly. Only good thing is the food was tasty. Would NEVER recommend this place.

The check in and out process was pleasant and simple. The hotel was updated, spacious and staff was friendly. It was a quiet stay, windows just need to be open because there is no air conditioning.

The hotel has a nice location and staff overall is nice except the owner who was rude because we had some delay for check out. It was not necessary to be so rude and it really wasted our stay despite the overall nice hotel.

The fact that you stayed until 12.20 (check out 11.00) in the room disrupted our planning, as the room was rented. If you had wanted to stay longer, the first thing would have been to let us know. We would have let you use the seminar room free of charge so that you could hold your conference. You could also have been charged for the extended use of the room, which we did not do. In a case like yours, it would have been more appropriate to apologise when you did not respect the check-out time.
