The hotel was very clean and loved the proximity to the beach. I was concerned about the safety of the beach but they thought of everything and we felt extremely safe. The only improvement is the Wi-Fi. Not a deal breaker at all because they offered entertainment every night. It felt a lot like being on a cruise.

Exceptional hotel by all means!!! One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. I was impressed by the highest level of customer service and the tremendous dining options!!! I encourage everyone staying in red sea to book this hotel without the slightest hesitation!! I thank all the teams that made my stay at the hotel magical. My stay was absolutely stunning. Everything at this hotel was flawless: the beach, pools, luxury level of rooms, food and facilities!!!

This is a clean place and great inside the resort, but unsafe conditions outside of the resort, limited transportation, or too expensive to use, and good luck getting a hotel to and from the property, uber is not allowed near the gates.
I was traveling for some time so I needed a quiet place to stay and that is what I got, had to get my laundry done at the resort, and the laundry detergent is horrible smelling, on top of it they got oil stains somehow all over 3 of my items, and the smell was horrible.
none the less, WIFI does not work well there on the property, even with a reserver in the room still had connection issues, and is not a good thing if you needed it for work.
if you are European and over the age of 60, then this is the place to go .

The hotel was great for a relaxing trip by the Red Sea. There are multiple pools and an area to swim/snorkel.
We arrived early to a welcome drink and the room wasn’t ready but we were able to have lunch while they prepared it. Mr. Khaled was very welcoming and hospitable. They gave us a departing gift which was very thoughtful, a bookmark made of papyrus paper with our holographic name!
Ali in the restaurant was great!

The food, staff, entertainment, grounds, pools, guest rooms, and stores on the property were all exceptional!! I can't imagine a better hotel experience. The level of customer service from every member of the staff can't be topped. The only thing I would change would be the house wines offered. They were quite unexceptional but I don't consider that to be an essential part of my hotel experience. I was so pleased to check into our room and find that the room was even more impressive than pictured on the website and the king size bed was larger than I had ever seen before. The view from the balcony was as beautiful as pictured on their website, too. The sunrise view was breathtaking. If you are reading reviews and you find a negative one about Le Reve it is very likely an unusual situation that occurred and could not possibly be the norm.

They need better communication for the snorkeling trip. We were told that the boat would have towels, but they did not. We would have taken a couple with our hotel towel card, but instead we had to go without towels.
