"From the moment we stepped in, we received a proper reception despite turning up rather late in the day, after 8 pm. The hotel facilities were properly explained and the room was incredibly comfortable with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was an excellent culinary experience. "회사 워크샵으로 직원들과 함께 이용했습니다. 후기에 청소문제가 많아서 걱정을 했는데, 전체적으로 괜찮았습니다. 사진상 룸마다 문이 없는것처럼 보여서 걱정했는데 문도 다 닫을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 위치도 도보로 편의점 및 지하철역 까지 걸어가는데 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. 단, 후기처럼 룸 접근방식 및 룸 도어락 열쇄함 오픈방법이 조금 낮설어서 불편했습니다. 이점 빼고는 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다."

"Great if u want more space. Max 4 adults. Comfortable beds, good heat, wifi, water pressure, relatively quiet. Fridge and kitchen a plus. Canalside and cinvenience store very close. Only minuses are 15 minute walk to nakasu subway stop which is tough with bigger luggage. Beware check in ends at 11pm was not noted and we lost a night’s stay. Support staff on the “help” calls do not pick up—ever. We tried many times to speak to someone to no Avail. Useless."
