It provided what you can expect from a chain hotel. Basic and clean, cero charm or personality and outside of the beautiful old city center. But functional.

This is a very nice hotel, spacious ,clean with great amenities, comfortable beds, updated bathroom, great staff, and complementary breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay of 2 nights in it. Highly recommend it to all.

We booked one night at the hotel for a King bed accessible room with 431sq ft size on Jan 31-Feb 1. However, the front desk staff assigned us to a much smaller king bed room with only 269 sq ft size. We were told something like “the rooms were same or something like not available “. We didn’t realize until we checked into the room. It’s much smaller than we expected. The only reason we booked this hotel is its king bed accessible with large size room listed on its reservations and we paid for it. We talked to a manager next day and we were told he would look into what happened, but we haven’t heard anything from the hotel since then. Very disappointing experience.
