Pool heater not working, staff indifferent, breakfast marginal, bed sagging in the middle…no car chargers, And what is the issue with the name? Identify crisis?

Sorry to hear your stay was not a pleasant stay we have then fixed the pool heater. We are working on our breakfast menu and adding to it. Recently changed names but are adressing the name changing issue.

This property is actually a La Quinta being converted to a Baymont by Wyndham. So it was hard to find since I was looking for a Baymont. I had to call for directions and found out it was the La Quinta ! There is construction going on all over the place. The construction was quiet but still annoying. The gym equipment was new and being assembled. There was one check in clerk and it took about 15 minutes for her to handle one person ahead of me. My room was nice and it looks like it may be a nice hotel once they get it converted to a Baymont but for the near future I can't recommend it.

Nikki at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The facility is currently under construction but still quite comfortable and the indoor pool and spa made for a fun experience.
