When we checked in I was told that I would be charged ten dollars a night for parking. I almost asked how much taking a shower would cost. It is a cheap trick.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. They have very limited yet very expensive dining options. They had for some reason supposedly no record that we had reserved a king sized bed. We were put in a room directly under a room where they were doing construction and it was very very noisy. 8 o’clock in the morning. When we went to talk to them about it, they Told us that it would not be happening for the rest of our stay, but this was not correct. When my husband went back again to the front desk to talk to them about it, they did not offer us anything to make up for the fact that there was construction above us every day.

I understand they were under construction but the second day it was so loud and severe drilling the operator couldn’t hear me so I had to go to the lobby and explain the noise. They informed me first they were moving furniture and it was construction till 5 and eventually they changed my room to a different floor. The headache that afternoon was unbearable. The drilling was right over my room annd it felt like the ceiling was going to crash. I wanted to know if you knew they were doing this, why put me in that room. They then gave me a coupon for Starbucks for coffee. I should have said something the first night but thought it wouldn’t be an issue anymore. had to repack my things and move into the new room which was quiet and nice I have never had an issue with Marriott before.
