First stay at Hyatt House Sacramento/Midtown.
Booked room through Expedia. Check in date 12/6 was my birthday.
Check in went good with Cosmo provided excellent service. However when we checked in our room 405, the lights over the sofa were not working.
Called front desk to report, Paul, hotel engineer came and checked offered to move to another room, as the light could not be fixed at that time.
Moved next door to 407. same room, Paul had our bags taken to the new room, as we requested.
Breakfast in Sky Lounge was good and very filling , however did not get the opportunity enjoy Happy Hour on Friday as there was a private party.

First time staying in Sacramento, felt like i won when i chose to stay here. Will definitely be staying here again!

Safe but at night a lot of homeless around Sacramento area so that was sad to see but overall a nice area

I loved the brick building and how it incorporated into the room, modern with an old time feel it to. Enjoyed the room, would definitely come back and recommend.
