Posted 8 Apr 2021 on HotelsThis hotel is abandoned and had been for well over a year when Hotels.com allowed me to book a stay. Trust in Hotels.com is basically evaporated because they sent me and my family to a boarded up broken window property and then acted as if it wasn’t really their fault.
We were rebooked and Hotels.com paid the difference but this was the very least they could do after they endangered my family.
