I liked our stay but breakfast was jammed full of kids playing on their phones. No place to sit and eat.

I booked the room in advance. I arrived at the place and checked in and when I went to enter the room with my children and my wife, there were people inside the apartment with their things and accessories. The room was not available yet and they told me that it was and I had to go back to the reception to report this. Well, it was disappointing. Since my children were already with me, there were other people who were not dressed inside the apartment and I was very embarrassed by that.

When going to the hotel and trying to checkin we couldn’t because the room wasn’t ready not only for myself but other parents who had booked this same hotel. Then we were told to keep checking every 30min to an hour to see if a room became available. However we had booked these rooms in advance. Also the dryers in the facility don’t heat I had to do it twice after washing there so a soccer uniform could dry. Just the amenities that I had booked for weren’t up to par, this was also making sure the tables were cleaned in the dinning area during breakfast and they were messy.
