I stayed at this property for about three weeks. I had to be in Sacramento for some medical treatment for my dog. I was pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the property. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice. The things that fell short were the pots and pans and the clothes dryers had some issues where two of the six didn’t work very well. The pots and pans were coated with Teflon that was degraded and peeling. The forks and spoons, etc. were fine. The refrigerator worked very well! My dog and I were quite comfortable. Other than the dryer and pans issue, I would have liked to see a better area for dogs. It existed, but was a very small, dusty, dirty, bark mulch area and was nothing more than that and a trash can. I had to wipe off my dogs feet when we came in. What looked like bark was often bits and pieces of dog poop. We only went to that particular area a couple of times. It was gross. There were homeless people right outside the property, but they were all over the city. That wasn’t the fault of the property. Additionally, though there were signs, people were sitting in their cars or outside smoking pot. I don’t care if people smoke pot. What I don’t like is feeling I may get a contact high every time I go outside, no matter the time of day. There was a security guard later in the day and at night. I would have liked to see some enforcement of those rules. Overall, though, it was a good place to stay and I would stay there again.

I had made this booking a month prior and the day of check in I call to ensure them im on my way; only for them to tell me they overbooked and that they may not have a room for me. I was livid and had to call Expedia customer service to help resolve the issue.

I appreciate the service and quickness to get my room due to me already purchasing it in advance But I would not stay my full night and had to leave due to too many roaches on the walls in the refrigerator in the bathroom toilet I need a refund im not a dirty person and will not stay here again until they take care of that

Here's one four you I booked for a week extended stay. Arden way through Expedia Got my confirmation. I went to the hotel to go lay down up on arrival. I was told by the desk clerk that I needed to call Expedia. I was told by the person there that I owed another $390. To rebook the room that I already book. I knew they were trying to Scam me. Coming back to the phone. He tried to Act like he was a different person, but I could tell it was his voice. He told me he was going to give me a great deal. Only 200 more instead. I said no I had confirmation, that's it.Let me in my room... I spent a good hour sitting in my truck. Talking to this person. I was done, said I need to speak to a supervisor now. At first he said there isn't one. Then he said wait a minute, then he got back on the phone and said go ahead and go to your room.... I hope the person that did this reads this. I hope he's fired for what he did. I'm obviously not the first person he tried to take advantage of... They need to fire him.Cause I will never book through Expedia again.. I kept trying to bring the phone in to the desk clerk.So she could hear what this person sang to me.What he wanted saying my confirmation wasn't final.. He said II was not to go inside. Where the clerk was that he would not talk to her. I was very upset by this person. Trying to play a game with me trying to Act like he was right when he was wrong, telling me to calm down. This review was the nice version. Blessing to all have a good day
