Rooms remodeled very nice. Was there for 7 days only got one day of room service. Requested but no one did it.

The only think that I text that I need it pillows and the internet was not working never got also the parking you have to pay 10$ for parking why if you are all ready paying the staying

Very clean room, but only one large towel provided (there were two of us) and both the bath towel and hand towels were super stiff and rough. The shower also didnt get hot, only just beyond lukewarm.

My whole experience was bad. Really nice employees but did do what they said they would. It took me 4 times requesting coffee packets in the room. The first time was the evening we checked in and no showed up. I called the front desk the next morning and was told she was by herself and no one to bring it. I walked all the way to the front desk and was told they didn’t have any there but would send someone with it. Shortly after returning to my room the maid knocked she hung a bag with half of the coffee requested. I opened the bag and it stunk so bad. Upon further inspection the cups had mold all over them. I called back to the front desk the clerk said I will send someone back with more coffee, again she brought only half of what I ask for this time I caught the maid myself and asked for 3 more packs of coffee. I brought a friend to this hotel because it was closest to the cancer center. After this experience we both said we will not stay there again. I could not believe it was a Hilton hotel. I had stayed at several Hilton properties in the past but no more.
