Very clean room, but only one large towel provided (there were two of us) and both the bath towel and hand towels were super stiff and rough. The shower also didnt get hot, only just beyond lukewarm.

My whole experience was bad. Really nice employees but did do what they said they would. It took me 4 times requesting coffee packets in the room. The first time was the evening we checked in and no showed up. I called the front desk the next morning and was told she was by herself and no one to bring it. I walked all the way to the front desk and was told they didn’t have any there but would send someone with it. Shortly after returning to my room the maid knocked she hung a bag with half of the coffee requested. I opened the bag and it stunk so bad. Upon further inspection the cups had mold all over them. I called back to the front desk the clerk said I will send someone back with more coffee, again she brought only half of what I ask for this time I caught the maid myself and asked for 3 more packs of coffee. I brought a friend to this hotel because it was closest to the cancer center. After this experience we both said we will not stay there again. I could not believe it was a Hilton hotel. I had stayed at several Hilton properties in the past but no more.

AC not working for the two days I was there so I slept in cold room. Balcony sliding door not opening easily and not shutting tightly so cold air coming in despite the service man coming to look at it. Called multiple times for service and some never came. Really unexpected from a hotel that looks decent inside and outside.

I booked a two bedroom suite only to get there for check in to find out they don't even have two bedroom suites. I was not offer y or given and compensation for my inconvenience. Tv glitched the whole stay. Coffee maker had mold in it. Very disappoint in the hotel

Rooms were renewed and looked fine. Even with 3 nights no housekeeping unless you asked. Outside of the building still looks old. Inside is like a labyrinth. The pool and jacuzzi were being reconstructed, jacuzzi was already out 6 months ago. This is unfortunately something Expedia is very bad at with informing on their website. They don’t update the info about amenities and this happens often.

Went to check into our room and someone was already there! Gave us another room hair on the counter…. Lost of long hair looked like from a wig. Dirty sock on the top shelf of the closet. Room was dirty. TV did not work had to ask for assistance. Guy came and was great friendly, got it fixed quickly. Room service has to be requested 24 hours prior. We were not advised of that.

Would definitely stay here again. Newly renovated King Suite was above and beyond my expectations. Very spacious. Property has restaurants and a bar, plus is located easily off the highway and around shopping and more restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.
