Nice family hotel in a calm corner of Saas valley
Posted 27 Aug 2023 on HotelsI stayed in this small family hotel almost every year since 2016 at the end of August or beginning of September. Good breakfast, spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, hamam), very friendly and helpful owner. Also, when you stay during the summer, you will get a free cable car pass (+local buses in Saastal) in a form of an electronic pass.
The area is very calm especially compared to Saas Fee and Zermatt. Having a car definitely helps if you want to have a dinner in one of those fancy restaurants in Saas Fee.
The only downside is limited local options for restaurants - it’s either pizza or rösti.
I would highly recommend this hotel for those interested in hiking / climbing / walking in the Saas valley

No great luxury but absolutely fine for the category of hotel and for the price. Staff has been very friendly and helpful.

Accoglienza; ci sono state assegnate camere di livello superiore a quelle prenotate. Ci è stato proposto ad un costo irrisorio un pass per avere accesso ai mezzi pubblici e agli impianti di risalita della valle di Saas.
