"Lovely hotel, beautiful park behind it was lovely for walking in even though the weather was not good. Hotel is beautiful, the interior is stunning. Our room (we had a suite) was lovely. Food was good in the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a casino next door and a water park next to that. Our only gripe was the pillows on the beds. You had one large and one small one each and they were way too soft. "

"Breakfast is kinda "mehh". You have a feeling of a family-hotel. kinda outdated (like with a extremly large key for your room etc) internet is using crappy wifi equipment that is outdated (and insecure) ventilation in rooms are not there at all. you need to leave door open making it cold. "do not disturb" sign falls off of doorknob due to weird design. but as I just needed a sleep. I guess it was OK. just staying here as it is close to the event I attended."

"It's a nice hotel, so let's break it down: Parking: Tricky. We were only in the Nissan Micra. If you're in a biggger car or SUV, you might find it challenging. Reception: We checked in on a Friday. Everything was fine. We were advised that the restaurant was full that night (large coach party of Swiss tourists) but Anthea was more than happy to recommend alternative dinner options. I believe the hotel restuarant is also closed on Sat/Sun evening for dinner. Room: We went for the Privilege...
