Hotel is clean but cheaply put together and on a busy and not very nice street. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent location and exceptional customer svc!
Posted 1 Dec 2019 on HotelsExcellent location! The hotel is on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors of a building right on the walkplatz. The room was recently remodeled and super clean. The breakfast had a variety of things to eat and service was exceptional. My own personal preference was better pillows. Once again, nothing wrong with them, I prefer pillows with more firmness. It made our experience exceptional while visiting Saarbrücken for the a Christmas Market. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location
