"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. "Best hotel we have stayed in during our annual Ibiza holiday’s everything 10/10 The service was amazing, my son had a wonderful time in the kids club and never wanted to leave! The team were incredible! 10/10 in every aspect! The spa was wonderful. One of the best massage’s I’ve ever had! Thank you very much for a short but wonderful stay in Eivissa! We will be back! Only downside was that the activities such as morning yoga and Pilates were before the childcare drop off, meaning I wasn’t able to join in. (Would be fab to introduce a little later class during school holidays) "

"We were a bit sceptical about the hotel after reading reviews about the food and rooms. We stayed six nights and upgraded to all inclusive. It was myself, my 14 year old and my 11 year old. The hotel is located in a small quiet bay where you can walk to restaurants and shops where you can potter about. The all inclusive food had a great selection with plenty of fresh meats, fruits and salads. The snack bar served fresh food throughout the afternoon. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, the hairdryer in the room was faulty when we got there and was quickly replaced. We throughly enjoyed our break. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we can not fault any of them. I would definitely come back."

Nice break

"Good hotel, very quiet, not overcrowded, a little too quiet for us as we like a bit of music round the pool which I could not hear, there is a grassed area which would be great if it stayed open later, even just for drinks but it closed around 6. Even so, enjoyable, a few bars and restaurants around the area, enough for a week, taxi from the airport cost us 55 euro, bring your own toiletries "
