Amazing stay at a quiet place, beautiful bungalows with a great view. Close to the nature, helpful staff and a pool and sauna to enjoy after days of hiking. Highly recommend!

Sa Pa is all about the energy and stunning views only available in this mountainous region. This property goes out of there way to facilitate value.

We liked the property's internal ambience, the swimming pool, the views from some of the bungalows/villas and the friendliness, professionalism and hard work of the staff and management. We disliked the noisy and dirty surroundings outside the property

The views were absolutely stunning, overlooking the valley below was a truly wonderful sight. The resort is only partly constructed though and noisy building work started before 7am every day. The road between reception and the room was so filthy our clothes were marked with mud and cement on nearly every trip between the two.

Don’t stay here

Chose the sapa jade hill from recommendation of a Friend. Was told can have a padi field view in the room. The resort also looked great on the website. What a mistake ! The resort is so far from town and no amenities at all. Difficult to even get food. There is also no padi fields in sight. The buggy that’s supposed to pick us to and from our room can take a Long time to come. Sometimes you have to call them a few times before they send the buggy. We were 40 mins late for our dinner appointment Because the buggy didn’t come. The daily afternoon mist that last till the next morning makes things much worse. You cannot see beyond your outstretched hands. It’s so dangerous driving in and out of the resort. Our driver got lost on few occasions even after 2 days I don’t blame him because you simply cannot see the roads at all. I am surprised we didn’t get into any accidents. Wanted to see the infinity pool that looked so gorgeous on the website but the staff told us it’s not completed yet. He even Had the audacity to tell us to come back next month when it MAY be completed. I doubt that it would be. Wanted to take the horse rides but the staff said it was cancelled because the current horse (singular) is too young. Anyway got to see and pat the pony and told some photos.

Better to eat in Sa Pa

Posted 30 Mar 2019 on Hotels
The accommodations looked nice but the walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors in the loft either side. The food in the resort restaurant wasn't worth the price paid. We tried different foods both vietnamese and western and both were disappointing (my wife is vietnamese, i am western). The food in the town was mutch better, i suggest eating in Sa Pa town where the food is a quarter of the price and far better quality.
