"Aliana is close yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town (10 minute walk). The rooms were spacious with amazing views of the mountains (including Fansipan). Pool was a lovely addition after trekking up Fansipan or through local villages. We left slightly bemused after being charged for a dirty towel, but other than that would recommend. "

"Beautiful hotel. Close to city centre. Easily able to walk to most places. Clean tidy rooms. They did lose our laundry but found it eventually "

"Was it really a homestay if they have european toilets and shower plus no interaction between homeowner and guest? Also about 20 beds available for a 'homestay' and guests are served pancakes for breakfast - not the true vietnamese breakfast the family was enjoying 10 metres from us.Calling it a back to basic bed and breakfast or guesthouse would be much more accurate.The whole homestay concept is totally overrated and should be avoided. "Excellent hotel, Kieu Anh is so kind The rooms are nice and it's in a great location for trekking, about 5 minutes walk to the town. It is in a house rather than a big tower , so be aware there is no lift (stairs up to 3rd floor) but Sapa Dragon is an excellent base to explore Sapa!"
