The staff were lovely and very helpful. Speak slowly with front desk staff and they were very good.

Amazing hotel and great service

Loved sapa and our stay here. Front desk staff were so helpful in every way and the rooms were fab. Only downside NOT THE HOTELS FAULT! But thought I would review so they know... they booked a sleeper bus for us from sapa (Lao Cai) to halong bay, the company they used was awful and left us broken. Not only did they keep us waiting in a ticket office with their friend/relatives being loud and rude but they drove us to a petrol station to wait for the bus. once aboard they kept turning the lights on and off so we couldn't infact sleep, despite the fact by this point it is now night time. But the dropped us in halong bay, at the side of the road at 2:30am NOT 5am LIKE WE WERE ASSURED! WE HAD NOWHERE TO SLEEP AND WANDERED HALONG BAY FOR HOURS, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TRYING TO FIND A HOTEL TO TAKE US. I wish I knew the name of the bus company, I hope the hotel knows so they stop using them, they are not a good company and I don't want the bad experience to taint anybody else's time at golden villa. We loved Golden villa and sapa, I can't recommend enough, just be careful if you travel to halong bay.

Hotel froid et humide ... chambres correctes mais restaurant à renover. Petit déjeuner horrible ... accueil très indifferent des clients. A éviter

Limpieza y desayunos podrian mejorar. Habitaco amplia. Nos dejaron ducharnos despues de trekking aun habiendo hecho el check out. Traslado a la estacion del bus gratuito

Buen hotel calidad precio. En el centro muy cercano a todo. Tiene tours de trekking en Sapa. Lavandería. Y consigna. Lo único que son muy estrictos con el horario. A las 11:55 te están esperando fuera para limpiar la habitación.

다 괜찮아요. 단 두가지가 불만입니다. 1월 여행의 겨울은 방이 너무 춥고, 다른 보온시설은 없으며, 따뜻한 물이 아주 짧게 나옵니다.

War ein schöner Ausflug, aber leider hat es die ganze Zeit geregnet. Unterkunft war gut.
