Friendly staff , convenience, services available like massage , scooter hire , front desk activity booking and taxi booking. Would stay again

Hotel needs some work to look fresh. Staff was not the very helpful, location isn't the best either except if you take the Sapa Express bus which is next door. The worst part of my stay at the hotel was breakfast. It was disgusting, food looked awful I literally walked out every morning and went to a restaurant. Hotel is ok for 1-2 nights I guess

Hotel is very basic but convenient. Staff were ver helpfull. They offered us a room to refresh before our train journey in the evening. Il

Pool was not in service and dirty. Gym was also shut down. Rooms are older than photos appear

Bellow average , not very clean. Poorly built hotel, tin walls, bathroom not up to standards. Only positive side staff with big smiles and warm welcome.

Smelly pillows

Despite the friendly staff, the pillow situation was a letdown—two out of three reeked of sweat. Additionally, paying for a mountain view ended up being a subpar experience.
