Staff and hotel were very accommodating. My issue with the amenities is with Orbitz/Expedia not updating their own website. No shuttle. No pool. Owner said they informed you. This was particularly disappointing b/c my wife was in a foreign country, arrived first, and had to ride with a stranger which is why I chose a hotel that had a shuttle.

The Owner doesn't care
Posted 16 Mar 2020 on HotelsAll night I had issues with the wifi. I asked the owner of the hotel to check out at 1 instead of noon because their internet was out and I needed it for work. He wanted to charge me a extra 100 baht for one hour. The whole time talking with him he was on his phone playing video games and talking disrespectfully to me.

Got to the hotel & they had double booked me so had to move me to a different hotel. This could of been dealt with a little bit differently

The reservation clearly mentioned free airport transfer but the lady at the reception refused saying no driver is available. Also, they did not provide any reciept of my stay there.
