"Check in was very easy. Reception staff very good. We didn’t need our room cleaned every day but when we spoke to house staff they would clean our room. A bonus having a fridge in room. Restaurant staff are work very hard & quick to clear plates away. Bar staff work very hard. It’s a shame people don’t return their plastic glasses to bar. Tables could be wiped down more often. Well done to Javi & all bar staff. We have stayed at the hotel before & will hopefully be coming back next...

"My room was huge with hot tub, however did have little trouble with the air when arrived but they sent someone to fix immediately. The staff were super helpful and kind my whole entire time there. "The family room was great for us and would recommend for other families like ours. Is in a great location near the beach and the fairground. The pools are very nice for the kids. The meal times were a little inconvenient for us, dinner started at 7pm by which time our young children are usually in bed! Luckily, there are a lot of great restaurants easily walkable that we utilised nearer the end of our stay. We have been to Es Canar many times and love it, we will be returning."
