The AC did not work properly , switching off before reaching the desired temperature. There was also a misunderstanding about our room which was advertised for three occupants and I was sure the price I paid was for three guests. I had to pay extra for our son who shared our room.

The hotel is surrounded by the beautiful architecture of the old town and an abundance of wild vines and flowers. Must cleanest hotel room I ever stayed. Live that place!

Excellent hotel in the city centre, the rooms are well presented and equipped.
The property is just a couple of minutes walking from the main square where, you can find a lot of dining options.
Excellent breakfast!
The only downside, this time had a room facing the rubbish bins, previously we had better facing rooms.

The Checkout staff was quite unfriendly. He told us we could leave our luggage only unsupervised in the lobby (even though visibly there was a storage room for luggage) but he did give us a obe hour late checkout. I was wondering if his unfriendly behaviour was a homophobic reaction to a gay couple? Anyway, the checkin staff was friendly.

Posted 21 Jun 2024 on Hotels4☆? Nie sądzę. Owszem pokój bardzo czysty i przestronny. Niestety brak dostepu do świeżego powietrza, widok na kasy w Biedronce. Bez komentarza. O ile pokój sie jakos broni czystością to obsługa jak w hostelu. Wchodzenie pokojówek do pokoju bez pukania, ignorowanie gości na korytarzu nie mówiąc dzień dobry. Recepcjonista formalny do bólu, zero uśmiechu, empatii, zaintetesowania gościem
