Such a beautiful location! Our room was as inviting as the pool area, clean, spacious and well equipped. We'll be back! July 18

The property and room was very clean. The heated bathroom floors were a very pleasant surprise! The location was perfect in between towns. We will be back!

Great stay and location.

We loved the location, comfort, amenities and everything. The room had an issue with the bathroom door which they promptly corrected. It did kid of jam.up again the following day however. So needs to be looked at again. Hotels.com however didn't send us check in info however so we had to call in.

Thank you for choosing us for your time at Rye Beach Beth. Since you departure we have permanently fixed the issue with the bathroom door. When booking through third party sites and not directly with the hotel there is a lag with email communications unfortunately. We hop to host you again when your travels return you to NH's Seacoast.

The room was amazing, staff unbelievably friendly and super convenient to everything in the area. Will co to ie to come back. PS, as a sign guy their sign caught my eye and I’m glad it did!!

I didn’t end up staying, the room we got was the worst one of the 10, the only window was in front of the 2 people from the next unit, the bathroom had a toilet so small and I had asked the owners if it was “accessible “ I had my 86 yo mom with me in a small wheelchair. I immediately called and said I couldn’t stay there. My mother would not be able to utilize it. Refund was offered even under those conditions.

How unfortunate to see this review. Prior to booking a non-refundable room rate through Expedia at 5:45PM on the day of arrival. you called us 4 hours earlier inquiring if the room was an accessible room. We could not have been more clear that this room was not ADA accessible, nor did it have bars in the shower for your mother. We suggested and offered to show you the room before you booked, but you did not heed our advice. Instead of taking our offer, or searching for hotel in the area with an ADA room which your mother clearly requires, you booked last minute here, and checked in after hours, remotely. It's disappointing to see you score us so low here when you completely override our advise, and now have buyer's remorse.
