Ladies at the front desk were not happy to deal with, you loose your key they charge you $80 to have the security come out, this I find to be not a good service.. I was there for 3 days 2 nights never had any beds made or no fresh towels just wouldn’t stay there again..

Hi Murray, Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. The 80.00 charge for security to come out is only after hours if you have lost your key, if you were charged within our operating hours or due to a faulty key please contact us so we can have this error fixed for you. We do offer a room servicing when guest request this the day prior so we can advise the house keeping accordingly however, due to privacy reasons this is not something automatically provided. You would have to request this service. This is not a charged service. Regards
