Great for a park visit

Posted 29 Oct 2021 on Hotels
Great room for 3 people with nice parking and breakfast. Very close to the park entrance of Europapark. Room was clean and spacious. Beds are OK, but can need a little upgrade or new matress.

A great location for a visit to Europa Park. A few minutes walk to the main gate. The best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Rooms are pretty basic but not a problem since most guests are there for the amusement park.

No AC. Pillows were uncomfortable. Fan started shaking violently when on, so had to turn it off. Had to sleep with the doors open because it was so hot and no air flow.

A googuest house in a good location

Posted 15 Oct 2017 on Hotels
Our stay here was very good. The location is excellent for Europa Park and Funny World as well as a base for visiting the Black Forest. The guest house was nice and the staff were all friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and a 3 year old.

Decent enough

Decent enough place to stay for Europa park. Lack of air cons or a fan a bit of an issue in the heat though

This was my second stay here and I would never think of staying anywhere else when I pass through Rust and Europa Park. Friendly staff, great service, clean comfy cozy room and wonderful breakfast make this a must for me!

Walking distance to Europa Park & restaurants

Posted 10 Jul 2016 on Travelocity
Pros: The proximity to Europa Park & restaurants.
Cons: Need a/c in the rooms, especially if the windows cannot be opened due to the mosquito problem at night.
Location: Extremely close to Europa Park.
Very friendly staff. We called ahead as we needed a late check in & were accommodated accordingly. Our son loved their swimming pool. They have a dedicated parking lot across the street. We spent 2 days at Europa Park & were delighted to find that the walk to the park entrance was only about 5 minutes. The restaurant options are plentiful, especially if you like Italian food. There were about 5 restaurants within a 3 minute walk, all reasonably priced. They have a great little courtyard near the pool with a little Tea bar. After a long day at the park my wife & I wanted to relax by the pool with a beer. You can buy cold beer at the office but they were always closed when we got back from the park. We chose to go to the local grocery market & purchase snacks & wine for the room, as there is no fridge in the room itself in which to chill down beer. There is no A/C in the rooms. We opened the windows but found the mosquitos unbearable once the sun went down, so we had to sleep with the windows closed. Overall we were pleased with this accommodation.
