Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

The air conditioning unit was not working properly. Maintenance needs to fix this unit.

Dear Michelle, The maintenance has already checked the unit in the room you had stayed in. It works perfectly fine just to let you know that the thermostat for the ac is on the wall and is not operational on the unit itself if that's what you were trying to use. Also if you had issues with the room unit if you had called front desk they would have been more than happy to assist you by changing your room right away if you wanted the room to be changed. Rather than rating us poor which we are not just 1 phone call to the front desk would have solved the issue. Thank you for your business.

Quick/easy check in
Small breakfast area/ basic breakfast. Not good, not bad.
Nice pool area 30 people/5 FT
Pool opened at 10am and closed at 8. Makes no sense when checkout is 11 am. Let us swim!
Nice fall mountain pictures, pretty.
Big tv which was nice.
Nice beds/3 pillows only on them.
Got extra towels
Couch bedding thin need updating
Small gym, not much in there.
Hidden mirror closet
Stained couch, scared to sit on.

Dear Adina,Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It seems to be there is some confusion about our hotel description. FYI, our breakfast consists full hot breakfast buffet which includes biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurts, oatmeal, pastries and other continental variety which is not at all considered as a basic breakfast. Secondly, our pool hours are 10am - 10pm which makes sense and gives enough time for our guests to enjoy. Thirdly, the room you booked was studio suite double queen which has total 07 pillows. Above all, our property is 100% fully renovated in March 2024. We recommend that you can check your travel itinerary during your different stay at different location during that stay period. As per your described comments does not relate to our property location. Thank you for your business

Stayed will traveling the state. Nice was welcoming, it was clean and bed was comfortabe. Would stay again.
