Very limited vegetarian options of those available were badly made. worst hotel breakfast I've had in long time, definitely not what I would expect from this standard hotel. On a level with Holiday Inn Express breakfast but that was free... How they charge for breakfast I do not know

Entertainment and events at this hotel, so quite noisy in the reception area, but our room was very quiet and we were able to relax. The pillows aren’t great, but I find this with most hotels and usually remember to take my own.

Very standard hotel. Beds very uncomfortable and loud vent noise in the room. Attended a wedding at the venue. Bar prices very expensive.

Very quiet air con excellent, gym and pool very busy but top quality equipment..

Everything fine other than no one to help check in or ask questions to, you should atleast have 1 person meeting, greeting, aiding, helping us check in and directing us to rooms, felt abit like a Travelodge etc. first impressions put a sour taste for the rest of the stay.

Terrible food at lunch time over priced and poor quality,charged to use pool even if staying in hotel and spa pool not working, at dinner couldn’t order without using an app not clean in eating dining area staff not helpful will not stay again.
