When we arrived they tried to give us the incorrect room type. Then they tried to get me to pay for a reservation rhat was prepaid through Expedia. Next I found out that I had to pay for the free on premises parking. Their version of on premises parking is parking in the street. A bit of a bait and switch and great deal of dishonesty. I did pay for the garage parking they claimed was full, but miraculously found a spot. Then we sort of got the room we reserved, but it was lacking the kitchen that was pictured. The excuse was the room I reserved was being renovated. No apology or anything. If all that is not bad enough, the room was an inferno. It was like staying in POW camp. The upstairs A/C unit did not work at all. The breakfast buffet was very basic and had cold food every morning. The breakfast staff was very unpleasant. The lone bright spot was the restaurant was excellent for lunch and dinner. The food was terrific and the staff was super sweet. My advice is do not stay at this property, but stop by for lunch or dinner.

Ok hotel for one night stay!

Booked the larger room (duplex type). Cleaning was not done. Difficult to heat the room. Breakfast (although a la carte) was very good. No parking underground. Parking directly in the street.
