The property is big the land scaping is good the bar is good the entertainment is good

There are many small repairs that needed to be done. Several times had asked for them to turn on the hot water. Lot of the extra curricular activity equipment needed to be repaired and/or updated. But the staff was great!

Everyone, if there is one and only one review to read - it's this one. I saw some very bad reviews before booking, but was optimistic and figured some over privileged people were angry because something small happened. This place is hands down the worst place I've ever seen or been to, and should be shut down immediately. The website lies about everything, there are 3 bars but only 1 was open - only half of a restaurant - the pictures are from 20 years ago when this was a decent place. Everything is outdated, NO WATER - could not take a shower, the food was HORRIBLE, everything was an inconvenience for the staff when you asked for ANYTHING. Most importantly, no one cared.... like, they all lie to you - asked where something to eat was and multiple workers said they didn't know, even though they were eating. If you miraculously get a drink from the bar, be prepared to bring all of your cups/dishes back to the bar - they get REALLY angry if they have to pick anything up. Don't bring your wife or girlfriend, because there are no rules with how aggressive the staff can be towards females. Don't bother trying to get in the ocean, because you can't. There really is no beach, all of the sand is pretty much gone so unless you enjoy sitting on concrete, you won't be there. The pool is not clean, and don't ask the staff for a towel because you won't get one. Travelocity should be embarrassed and remove this place from a place you can book, you will be miserable - do NOT stay here.

The property was very old, it needs a upgrade, which I don’t think the owner cares about.

This was my second visit. Unfortunately it will be my last. I booked a superior room that was advertised as over looking the pool with sea view. Instead i was placed in a cornor room that overlooked the entertainment area. There was no hot water and i had to use a bucket to flush the toilet. I reported the matter and was promised that someone would come check on it but no one did. The television had 6 channels in the evening but the next morning there was only one local channel. The bathroom was dark and dingy and furniture old and dirty at the base. The food tasted really good, but There was a limited choice of food. On the other hand the grounds was quiet and relaxing and staff quite pleasant.

Nothing.The pipes in the bathroom are broken this includes the shower pipes and face basin . The furniture are old . No proper mat at beside. Refrigerator is rusty. Drapes are horrible. The rooms and bathroom need a complete make over .I saw a cat in the dining area.For cats lick things eg cutlery etc unacceptable.The complete building should be demolished .Things have changed too old. Sometimes we have to get new things in order to do well.The containers serving the food should be thrown away and be replaced with new ones.You should not ask for review because you know that the hotel is below Zero.Lookin for the day when That building will be demolished.

The property is ancient and "run down". It badly needs renovation to be on par with other facilities that can boast an "all inclusive" stay. I hope the management pays attention to the constructive criticisms that are offered.
