We love the team work that was displayed among each other in ALL areas especially when dinning at Jazzmine... we'll visit again. We love the live music from the bands... The garden was beautiful, the beaches, pool rooms clean and nice. We really enjoy our first international vacation.. THE FOOD'S WAS ON POINT. from check-in to check-out was wonderful. Housekeeping was great. The baggage men was wonderful.

Takeyia Jones and Shandon Green were so helpful at all times! They made sure to check in with us to ensure we were having the best time. The pool was wonderful and DJ Dave rocked the music!

I had the most amazing experience! From the front desk, to dining, to room service, all of the services were spectacular. The room was luxurious, spacious and comfortable. The dining was incredible! I was shocked at how good the food was everywhere I dined at on the resort. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. 10/10 experience and I will definitely return!

The check-in Evening staff was rude with an attitude. I was lied too over and over again. I paid for 4 rooms, only received keys for 3 rooms. I was told that my party will be together, not true, we were in different buildings, floors with no ocean views as promised. I had to make 4 trips to the front desk on day one to try to clear up the problems. After the 5th visit to the front desk, I ask to speak with a manager or someone in charged. The manager was no help, he supported the RUDE/ATTUTIDE STAFF. My guest had to sleep together in a double bed, after I ask and paid for 2 double beds. We were told that someone would bring a roll out bed, never received. I paid for Ocean View but received flowers, and bushes instead. My luggage was lost, which I had to find on my own. This was my 3rd visit, and I will never bring and/or tell FAMILY, FRIENDS OR ASSOCIATE TO VISIT THIS RESORT.

I didn't like the Check-in Evening Staff. The communication was poor and rude. The 2 female staff during my check-in, told untruth, lied, and need more training with dealing with the customers. I paid for 4 rooms but only received keys for 3 rooms after asking for 4 keys. I was told my party was together, but we were not, as promised. I ask for an ocean view but was placed with flowers and bushes in front of my balcony. After walking back and forth to the front desk, I ask to speak with a manger or someone in charge. Once again, the conversation lasted for over an hour with little satisfaction for me/the customer. This is my 3 visits, I WILL NOT ASK FAMILY, FRIENDS OR ASSOCIATES TO VISIT THIS RESORT.

Food is ok service is good rooms ok pools good beach is terrible if you only want to go to the pool it’s ok if you want beach forget it
