I booked this property for 5 nights and had to move out early. After the first night, I reported that the toilet was leaking sewage onto the floor and that the TV’s sound was distorted. They had no intention of fixing the problems or moving me to another room. Not once in 3 days did I get any housekeeping. The last night that I was there I flipped on the lights and the cockroaches were crawling everywhere. That was the last straw and I forfeited the money for the rest of my stay. The furniture in the room was terrible. No chair whatsoever, chest of drawers had no drawers.

Posted 14 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe toilet had urine on it.Roaches were under the fridge,in 105.Room 104, also had a roach in it.The floor,in room 104 was dirty. I'd have dirt ,on my feet.After my showers.

The room was dirty. Walls and doors were stained. No chair in the room. No iron, no ice machine.

Holes in the wall
Posted 15 Apr 2023 on HotelsConsidering the low cost of the room it wasn't too bad. The only negative thing I would say is the condition of the room. The room had blotches of paint on the wall where it looked like there was an attempt to cover up holes in the wall and there was an actual hole in one of the walls! Aesthetically the room has a lot to be desired. The microwave did not work either!

The price was great. But waking up with roaches crawling on me is where I draw the line. Absolutely disgusting.
