"We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel and the staff was really lovely, patient and helpful. I misread the French menu and didn’t see that they didn’t have a main course option which I could choose as a pescatarian, and they made a last minute substitution perfectly. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a restful getaway to opt for Volando. Our only suggestion is if there could be a gym added (but the surroundings are perfect for hiking)! "

"My son and I only stayed one night in 2 twin beds room. Room was clean.We both slept well. The hot showers and beds are comfortable. When we were waiting for the uber next day 6:00AM, it was faster for the hotel staff to call the taxi for us (3 minutes wait. Way faster than the uber). "The stay at Fuyam was excellent in every aspect. Beautiful and tranquil environment that looks like a page out of a pictursque storybook. Lovely owners Brian and his parents Mr and Mrs Chung, as well as the helper Ah Lian, who provided warm hospitality and see to your needs. The 3 hr travel up Lala Shan was gruelling but it's worth the journey when you experience Fuyam. "The room is very nice and very high class and staff is very nice but the property is in a strange industrial area. The outside of the property is not as well kept. I have my own garden, very good for the price but the garden needs to have mosquito maintenance. For the short moment I was in the garden, I got bit for over 10 times!!"
