Overpriced, nothing more than a motel with small upgrades. We tried checking in at 4:30 (check in is 4pm) room was not ready. I should have know the room was going to be bad when the receptionist was also the person who needed to finish preparing the room- do they even have housekeeping? Rooms WiFi never worked, the TV would not turn on, called front desk and the manager said she was going to send someone, no one ever came. The walls are paper thin, I could hear people stomping up and down the stairs until 3am- worst sleep ever. For $220 a night this place is horrible, will never return!

Thank you for your review. We apologize that you didnt enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, this is a hard time of year for all the hotels in Ruidoso as we go from super slow to completely sold out about a week in a row. So while we do have housekeepers, it takes everyone pitching in to get the rooms ready. We will address the other issues with the team one on one. Our rates are significantly lower when it isnt the busiest time of the year.

Went here with my fiancé, it’s a perfect getaway spot for a peaceful and fun weekend. Would definitely go back and definitely recommend! Clean rooms, staff was great and overall a great spot.
