"Great place to stay! Beautiful view , spacious, clean and safe! The only thing we did not like was that it is advertised 5 bedrooms and it is only 4 bedrooms. The 5 th one is a twin bed in a hall. If you have kids that would probably work but not for adults. No door , no privacy. "

"Love the Updated interior of the Cabin, the outside needs updating to feel like mtn cabin, landscaping looks neglected, needs grass and flowers(at least in the empty flower pots, make flower beds, spruce the outside up a bit. The fully furnished amenities were great, up-to-date, the private hot tub was new, a great amenity, but should provide operating instructions, took me a bit to get it rolling. Overall, love this rental and would rent it again in a heart beat! "

"Everything was amazing!!! The only three complaints I have are the coffee pots produced dirty water, so we cleaned them with vinegar… Next was the grill that was completely rusted, so we had to use a double layer of foil to grill…. And the last is a pesky woodpecker that pecked the cabin on the daily… I would definitely go again cause these issues are very minor"

"Really enjoyed our stay here cabin was clean and well kept it was nice and cozy will be coming back on future trips to Ruidoso. Just be sure if you travel during winter time bring a 4x4 vehicle couse parking to cabin is pretty steep. "

"I loved the view and the looks of the outside of the property. I did not like that we had a handicap and also there was no water pressure in the master bathroom sink. The balcony was very nice but a tree was in my view. However the birds in the tree made up for it because we also had a treeless view from the bedroom. My only complaint was the water pressure in the master."
