Amazing location. Easy walk to all the sites. Roof top bar over looks Politeama Square. We were there for an outdoor concert.

Excellent modern city hotel, in a great position. Room clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Staff efficient but could be a little more friendly and smile occasionally. Overall I would recommend.

Loved the property but valet parking for 30 Euros daily is ridiculous and on top of that it takes over an hour to bring your car back when you needed

We liked the location. The lobby looks tired and worn. Our room did not have a shower head, just a hand-held wand. Staff a bit dismissive. We found it absurd that they offer no English speaking TV - not even CNN intl or …. Any language outside of Italian

Very convenient hotel with lovely outlook over large plaza (bit noisy at night). Easy walk to shopping, restaurants and city highlights. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Rooftop bar lovely and staff friendly and helpful

What an amazing stay at this hotel to begin our Sicily travel. The room was very clean and spacious and most comfortable bed. Staff answered all our questions and stored our luggage when departed for Aeolian Islands. It was in a perfect location to walk to all attractions and restaurants. Already booked another night before we fly home from Palermo.

Excellent customer service! Hotel Politeama is located near the historic center and close to everything, to include restaurants, shopping, transportation, and more. The hotel is very modern, clean, and the staff is oustanding!
