Marco checked us in, showed us to our room, and explained everything in the room. We had a beautiful view of the river and castle from our balcony. The restaurant food was great and Marco also took our order and sat down with us and answered every question about the area. The absolute best service I've ever had!!! Graat, quiet but fun hotel in great location!

Loved the room with Balcony with view of Rhine watching all the ships go by. Breakfast and lunch also very good. Walking distance to sightseeing boats. Recommend doing a day trip by boat to Bacharach and/ or St. Goar.
Town very quiet compared to Rüdesheim. At least during week.

The situation located on the Rhein River was stunning. Excellent food and very helpful staff, going well beyond the average. I did feel, however, that I was being made fun of as an American tourist.

Beautiful views of the Rhine from our well appointed room. Outstanding staff and service. Great meals reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet (included) was excellent. Convenient place to explore the area or just relax and enjoy the small town charm. Parking close by also included. What more could you ask for?

The hotel was on an historic part of the Rhine River and had a lot of cruises and things to do.
Food at the hotel was good. Breakfast was good as well !

Great hotel with beautiful balcony views. The staff could not have been any more accommodating. Ate dinner in restaurant 2 of the days and food was great. Breakfast buffet was good way to start a day of exploring.
