Front door locked and didn’t know how to get in… had to call manager after hours and they were upset that we didn’t know to use our key… first time doing that and was yelled at in German 😊

Used a key for the first time. Seriously? Otherwise, the manager didn't shout, but spoke loudly, since the guest kept asking questions and one could get the impression that one was poorly understood.
