"We made a booking for this place to discover they were overbooked and we left standing in the lobby clueless what was going on for 2 hours. The manager completely ignored us taking calls intentionally when we were trying to resolve the situation. "It was ok. This room was not featured at all in the pictures, the only ones you see are the one with real balconies. There was hot water but was dripping, no pressure whatsoever. The second night, the electricity was off because apparently they weren’t equipped to power the entire property."
