Great hotel Decor a little dated for the Christmas area and horrible tamp smell as you walk into the reception. But other wise stay was great clean staff nice to

The rooms are spacious, the breakfast and dinner was good and the staff were helpful.

The hotel is nice enough, and good value for money given the area. Not in Tunbridge Wells (centre is about a 10-15 minute drive away) but close enough to be convenient. The decor (particualrly the carpets) are outdated, and my room had a slight sewage smell at times. But it was a good place to stay for working purposes.

Lovely hotel. Not in Tunbridge wells so need transport. Rooms need upgrading but the staff are lovely and helpful.

After a few bathroom teething problems initially which were sorted very quickly, we were generally impressed. The cleanliness of our room was immaculate (Room 123) on a daily basis. Thank you Viv. Staff were friendly, and special mention has to be made of Amanda and Theresa and the breakfast staff. A highly organised efficient team. A slight drawback was having to work around a coach party for meal timings and, possibly, the young lass behind the bar needed an extra pair of hands to help her in the busy period prior to dinner.
