Enjoyed a one night stay here. Received a complimentary upgrade on arrival. Lovely spacious room with large bathroom including a roll top bath. L’occitane toiletries were available in the room. Bed was large and very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Hotel was quiet and we were not disturbed at all during the night. Complimentary water and coffee in room. No parking available on site as they were fully booked so we parked in local public car park a short walk away. This option was a lot cheaper than the hotel parking charge. I would recommend this hotel.

Good proximity to theatre, shops, restaurants & bars.
Comfortable and clean hotel with great staff.

Beautiful outlook over the park with a big bath, huge room and enormous bed. A great place for true rest.

Good hotel and nice garden and attentive staff. Only 3 stars as I needed 30 minutes late checkout so I could have teams call. They wanted to charge me £15 for this which I thought is poor and a bit grabby. I understand if it’s for hours and how it would mess up a cleaning rota etc , but for 30 minutes ? Really!
Won’t be using this chain again because of this policy.

Posted 28 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe stay was good however at night there was noises like vibration which kept me up a bit. Room was a little hot, there was a fan but as the room is facing the sun it didn’t cool down until the sun went down.
