This was a great located apartment. Within the historical area. We found the 5th bed a sofa only suitable for a child. It has fun and interesting decorating. The downside was no air conditioning on the bedroom floor. As this was a very old unit with no remote. We contacted the property and we then had very poor response with no action for the duration of our stay. Due to the this apartment being in the roof - there is a flat roof and birds there is only one small window that can be partially opened and it was too hot. This was a shame as otherwise it is great place. The company that run this apartment have quite a few in the town. So I would have expected a better response to this fault. Had it been hotter weather we would have to have looked for other accommodation. But if this is sorted out then it would good place to stay.

This property is really good value for money in Rovinj which is becoming a pretty pricy destination. The owners are really quick to respond. We had one minor issue after checking in, and they responded within 30 minutes of us arriving to the property by sending extra items that we needed. One note to people reading other reviews. We were aware of the cafe across the street that is working late. Yes, you can hear the noise from the cafe late into the night, but every day we were so tired that we fell asleep without being bothered too much about the noise. Once you step outside your door, you are in the centre of Rovinj, close to the action.

Big apartment in walking area of Rovinj. Can be a bit noisy at night due to bar in front but location is good close to restaurants water front etc. The apartment would benefit from regular maintenance as we felt many things were about to break or were fixed temporarily. I.e mirrors, curtain rods, toilet bench, beds, shower head. In general good stay but could have been better with proper maintenance. Good communication with the company owning it as they would reply very quickly to any request.

We had very late check in. We had to contact them to get in and then refused us to enter until the city tax was paid. The room was full of bugs. The bathroom was very dirty with minimal toilet paper. Only the location was good. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I was very disappointed with the attention given by them.

Ich weiss gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll, Die Unterkunft war absolut schrecklich! Das Zimmer entsprach nicht unserer Buchung und die Bilder entsprechen auch niemals der Realität. Es ist alles abgenutzt und nicht sauber. Das Kissen war steinhart, da es einfach in einen zu kleinen Bezug gestopft wurde. Nach Rückfrage wurde einfach erklärt, dass es keine weiteren Kissen gibt!! Im Schrank lag noch ein Kissen welches sehr dreckig war. Das W-LAN war ständig unterbrochen, wir sollten den Router ein und ausschalten. Das haben wir mindestens 10 mal am Tag gemacht. Die Wasserspülung des WC ist ständig gelaufen, das hat auch niemanden interessiert. Gegenüber (drei Meter Abstand) ist eine Bar, die ununterbrochen, unglaublich laute Musik spielt. Schlafen ist nicht möglich, erst wenn die Bar schliesst, so ab zwei Uhr früh. Das Bad absolute Katastrophe, die Badewanne ist so klein, dass man kaum darin stehen kann, die Klobrille war nur noch draufgesetzt und der Handtuchhalter komplett heruntergefallen, alles alt und renovierungsbedürftig, absolut kein Service durch den Vermieter, es wird nichts gemacht oder angeboten. Einfach nur schrecklich, NIE WIEDER, da nutzt auch die gute Altstadtlage nichts.

El departamento está muy limpio y amplio. La cama principal hace mucho ruido, le falta de proporcionar shampoo y jabón de baño. Para llegar a la propiedad es un poco complicado de llegar con las maletas porque las calles son empinadas y de piedra. El estacionamiento más cercano es muy caro y nos tuvimos que estacionar bastante lejos.

Meget god beliggenhet og hyggelig vertskap. Leiligheten var fin og ren, og passet perfekt for oss. Skal vi sette fingeren på noe så er det lite og nedslitt bad. En del støy fra gata utenfor fra ca. 0900 på morgen og til midnatt. (Plaget ikke oss, men greit å opplyse om dette på forhånd). Manglet topp i vask på kjøkkenet for vask av glass, fat, bestikk, etc. Fra oss blir dette 9 av 10 i score

Kunstnerisk og moderne leilighet med mange trapper

Leiligheten var lys og moderne med mange kunsteriske detaljer og artig interiør. Kjøkkenet var dårlig utstyrt i forhold til å lage varm mat, for eksempel dårlig stekepanne og ikke stekespade, men det fungerte greit med brødmat. Gode senger, to ok bad og en sofa å slappe av i. Veldig sentral beliggenhet i hjertet av gamlebyen. Passer fint for venner eller familie, men ikke for folk med dårlige ben, da det er veldig mange trapper å bære koffertene, både i gangen og i leiligheta. Litt vanskelig med innsjekking, da vi måtte vente på kode, men bra kommunikasjon.
