I had a book for studio with kichen but the gas range didn't work. So I called and asked to the staff, he tried to do his best but unfortunately It didn't get solved during my stays and I didn't cook even simple breakfast. Instead, the company provided me a breakfast voucher of other hotel within 10 mins walking distance but uncomfortable anyway. Even so I appreciated of the staff he did everything to solve it.

The apartment was very nice. The only bad thing was the very steep stairs to get to the apartment. Trying to drag our luggage up there wasnt fun

Upgraded to a better apartment as wi-fi didnt work. Very nice apartment, bed uncomfortable, springs are worn out. Parking in Rovinj can be an absolute nightmare if you arrive late afternoon, people were queing waiting for others to leave. Owners need to email maps showing parking options, charges and apartment positions.

While moving from one city to another you need to spend less time on finding accomodation address filling paper work etc.. I had no issues with Irundo filled the paper work online. Regarding the staff Antonio was helpful over the Tel to locate Patrick who was helpful in giving us access to the apt to leave our luggage and Yasmineka made sure the Apt was spotless lovely staff and extreemly helpful . Regarding the apt newly renovated and decorated excellent location minute away from the old square two levels bedroom is upstairs with little low slanted ceiling . Last time i checked we dont sleep standing . Stairs are steep but i always thought the justify me eating another slice of pizza or beer , wine. Irundo team please keep up the good work. I'll make sure my contacts on Canada and elese where know about my posotive experience. Thanks Joe & Dolly

Getting to the property was super hard. We were traveling with 2 toddlers and had to walk for about 20 minutes and when we finally got there there where some crazy tiny and hard to come up stairs with all of our bags. There are no notes or descriptions that will warn you about this when booking. Plus, they have a manual about the “house rules” where they tell you about all kind of restrictions but forgot to mentioned that you need to turn ON a hot water button in order to have hot water.....so, since we didn’t know, we didn’t have hot water. The place inside was nice and clean, but we had a really bad experience.

Dear Guest, As you are submitting anonymously we are not sure what exact apartment you have stayed in but all of our Rovinj apartments are located in the heart of the old city - as the apartment are called Old Town Apartments. Just a simple internet search or call to our customer service before the arrival would give you a full location background. We are proud of our locations and we are glad to hear the apartment was nice and clean, as those are subjects we feel responsible of. Kind regards.
