"Excellent location in the city center of Rovaniemi. The hotel itself is rather functionally furnished, but offers all the amenities which a traveller might need. The breakfast is excellent and prepares you well for a day of exploration in Lapland. The friendly staff is an enormous asset - they helped us a few times with taxi bookings and even helped us to find an intercity bus schedule. "We enjoyed this property, it was more nostalgic than the other hotels we stayed at which I really appreciated. It was very cozy. The food options were great, I loved the main restaurant and the atmosphere. The room was very small, which was fine for our short stay as it was just me and one young child . "Very conveniently located guesthouse (3 minute walk to train station/bus terminus for Santa Claus Village, 3 minutes to a supermarket, 10 minutes to the edge of downtown). The rooms were small but warm and clean. A kitchen is available for use, and so is laundry (7 Euros). The breakfast was included but not remarkable. The front desk staff gave very good directions. Wifi worked well too."
