"Loved the cottages and the breakfast was really great. A later check out too, which we really appreciated. Sledges free to borrow, a very welcome addition as the rest of the activities are quite expensive."

"I was a bit skeptical when booking this hotel but it exceeded my expectations. The staff are friendly, the location is TOP NOTCH, and the rooms are large compared to other hotels. The breakfast was average but it gets the job done. I would definitely stay here again."

"Wow, what a lovely stay we had here. Staff were the friendliest we’ve ever known and check in was quick and easy. Chalet was exactly as pictured and we appreciated the warmth when we got in! Sauna was a great bonus. Breakfast was exceptional, so much amazing choice and new things to try- compliments to whoever makes the morning blackcurrant mousse, my kids loved it. We also ate there for dinner and can honestly say that the food was cooked to absolute perfection- we travel fairly regularly and the bar has now been set high- the reindeer we had for dinner was incredible. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and our kids loved the selection of games to play at the table too. Would love to return and will recommend to everyone. We also got to see the northern lights across the lake/river on our last night so it just made our trip magical. Thank you so much. "

"It's a beautiful place and we absolutely love it. Service is really good and efficient . The treehouse is definitely something special. Super comfortable bed and restaurant is amazing. The private sauna is nice, but when you are at balcony, you can see people pass around you. Only this part we are not so sure when we were enjoying private sauna."

"Efficient check-in, warming fire in reception area, spacious room with view of woods. In room sauna for warming up after cold day. Fantastic location amongst pine trees. Great breakfast, enjoyed dinner at hotel restaurant. Easy location for pick up and drop off for tours. Would suggest more options for bar snack / food menu."

"The glass igloos are stunning, it's so lovely to be able to sleep under the stars in a warm and cosy room! Dinner and breakfast options were good, they offer a nice range of activities that can be booked, staff are super friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is breathtaking too! We had a great time staying at ArcticSnow Hotel!"

"Like other reviews have said, the rooms are tiny and theres no stairs - but the clerk carried my luggage up and I wasnt spending much time in the room anyway. Within easy walking distance of town, staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help. The guy who checked me in was incredible, 10/10. I thought it was cozy despite being outdated. Its servicable and warm, but nothing luxurious. Id stay there again in a heartbeat."
